If you have a need to heal, you will have several unhealed people around you.
If you have a compulsive need to help, you will have several helpless ones around you.
If you have a need to punish, you will have several people who need to be punished.
This can be an unsettling postulate and yet we have observed that time and again, we often invite circumstances to validate our beliefs and needs.
Instead of blaming others and validating your compulsive need to act in a particular way, it would be a good idea to evaluate and understand why you would attract a certain situation or circumstances.
If you have experienced betterment through punishment in the past, you may punish yourself time and again, hoping to be a better person. And perhaps, out of love, you may punish others, hoping to see improvement. However, the perceived improvement would be a fear-based improvement and not out of inner inspiration. You will get the desired results, and yet, not the authentic deep-rooted shift.
At times, having faith in the positive outcome, the right intent for the right outcome, aligning others to the positive shift, and giving visionary direction to others can give you much better results.
How about creating systems where there are minimal errors?
Let punishment be the last option. Try creating an inspiration-based model for people to follow. For that, you need to be truly inspired to be a great inspiration for others.
If you keep working hard, you may feel burned out. Even the lungs take a pause between breaths. Even the heart takes a break between beats.
If you are totally in synchronicity with the rhythm of the universe, you may go on for a lifetime doing all that you have always been doing. However, when you are out of alignment with the higher consciousness, whatever you do, seems like a struggle and effort.
That is the time take a break, not because you are completely tired and cant work any more.
Take a break to get in touch with ‘self’ and reconnect with the greater consciousness. These moments are precious. You may or may not take an expensive holiday. All you need is an ambience which does not distract you and give you a chance just to be. It can be a remote place, or a room without social media, television and distractions so that you can turn inwards and reconnect to the ‘self’.
You will get amazing guidance, answers and solutions in the moments of solitude and inspiration to bounce back to your best.
Of course, if you learn to make meditation a way of life, the entire lifespan is a beautiful break for you.
If you wish to remain stressed out, even a well planned holiday can become so stressful that you yearn for one more break to cope up with the accumulated stress.
A genuine, well-intended ‘break’ from routine can facilitate a great ‘breakthrough’ in life!
Everyone knows the difference between charcoal and a diamond. Charcoal crumbles easily, gets burnt out in no time and crumbles under pressure. Charcoal often attracts negativities and is often undervalued.
On the other hand, a diamond is beautiful, radiant, clear, transparent, hard, tough, with an ability to handle much more pressure. It is transparent and can radiate light.
Interestingly, carbon and diamond have the same base element, and that is carbon. It is the arrangement of the carbon molecule which makes a huge difference.
Similarly we have two kinds of people.
Those with a Charcoal Mindset and those with a Diamond mindset. People with a Charcoal Mindset often crumble under pressure. They easily feel burnt out, attract negativity, and succumb to stress easily. They are often undervalued for their performance and contribution. People with the Crystalline Mindset can function well even under extreme pressure. They are sharp, clear, and radiant. People around them certainly value them for their brilliance and personal charm.
In principle, you can not convert charcoal into diamond. However, you can certainly shift from a Charcoal Mindset to the Diamond Mindset.
The difference between the Charcoal and the Diamond lies in their molecular arrangement. Carbon molecules in a diamond are very well organized and compact in arrangement. However, Carbon in charcoal has a haphazard arrangement.
Similarly, people with a Charcoal Mindset have a highly cluttered Subconscious Mind storage system.
And people with a Crystalline Mindset have a very well organized storage of information in their Subconscious Mind.
We have a choice of reorganizing the storage in our Subconscious Mind, making it more compact, and consolidated.
Yes, it is never too late to become tough and precious like a diamond. Work towards achieving a Crystalline Mindset by reorganizing the storage in your Subconscious Mind
